Raw Materials

Bulked yarn is a type of textured yarn formed by passing one or multiple continuous fine yarns or untwisted rovings through high-pressure airflow, causing them to expand, crimp, and interlace. It offers advantages such as consistent TEX and uniform bulking. This yarn can serve as a replacement for traditional asbestos products, featuring a fluffier structure and enhanced covering capability. Bulked yarn is primarily used for weaving decorative fabrics and industrial textiles for specialized applications, including heat insulation cloth, filtration fabric, and edge filling reinforcement in pultruded profiles.
Features:
Sizing is either silane-based or starch-based.
Consistent and stable yarn density.
Excellent weaving and processing performance.
High resin compatibility, resulting in products with superior transparency.
Enhances the final product's aesthetic quality.
